THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

Affordable Counseling

You and your mental wellness are worth it!

There is enough worry in your life to add stress over being able to pay to take care of your mental health. We believe therapy should be accessible at an affordable rate for those facing financial barriers. That is why we offer affordable counseling.

Let’s talk about how we can help.

Psychotherapy services are provided by talented and compassionate students in their practicum year. These master ‘s-level students have completed their academic coursework and gained experience under licensed clinician supervision to fulfill their training requirements before graduation.
Training therapists are supervised by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Founder of Affinity Triangle Therapy, Coaching & Supervision Inc., Sonnee D. Stanley. We also offer virtual counsel appointments for your convenience.

At Affinity Triangle, we believe that quality mental health care should be available to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Our affordable counseling services provide individuals, couples, and families with professional, compassionate support at a cost that fits their budget. Whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, we are here to help you navigate your journey toward healing and personal growth.

What Is Affordable Counseling?

Affordable counseling is a low-cost therapy option designed to provide accessible mental health support for those who may not have insurance coverage or the financial means to afford traditional therapy rates. This ensures that you receive high-quality care while supporting the next generation of mental health providers in their professional development.

What Issues Can Affordable Therapy Help With?

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of age or background. Our affordable counseling services can help individuals struggling with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and Depression: Learn effective coping strategies to manage symptoms, regain emotional balance, and improve your daily well-being.
  • Relationship Issues: Couples counseling helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and resolve conflicts in a healthy, supportive environment.
  • Grief and Loss: If you’re struggling with the loss of a loved one, therapy can provide a safe space to process emotions and navigate the grieving process.
